Directions

Church of the Good Shepherd is located at the corner of Woburn and Chute Street, one block east of the Reading Depot.

By car:  
From the North:

• Rt I-93 South to Exit 38, Rt 129, Lowell Street.  Follow Lowell to Reading Center and take a right at the 2nd set of lights onto Woburn Street OR
• Rt 28 South into Reading Center and take a right at the 2nd set of lights onto Woburn Street OR
• Rt 1 South to Rt 128 (I-95) South to Exit 39, Walkers Brook Drive.  Follow Walkers Brook, bearing left just beyond shopping area.  Street becomes Washington. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to 2nd set of lights.  Turn left onto Woburn Street.

From the South:

• Rt I-93 North to Rt 128 (I-95) North to Exit 38B, North, Main Street, Wakefield.  Follow Main Street 1.8 miles to Reading Center and turn left onto Woburn at the lights. OR
• Rt 128 (I-95) North to Exit 39, Walkers Brook Drive. Follow Walkers Brook, bearing left just beyond shopping area.  Street becomes Washington. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to 2nd set of lights.  Turn left onto Woburn Street.​

​By train from North Station, take the Haverhill Line to Reading Center.  
Cross the tracks at Woburn Street (just north of the station) and you will see the church on the left, just up the hill.
